Listing items on Sellinn is free. We offer optional paid boost features to increase listing visibility. Boost fees are clearly displayed before purchase and are non-refundable once activated.

To the maximum extent permitted by Irish law, Sellinn's total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you to Sellinn in the 12 months preceding any claim.

The Sellinn name, logo, and platform design are the property of Sellinn.ie. Users retain ownership of their listing content but grant Sellinn a licence to display it on the platform.
Sellinn may suspend or terminate access to the platform for any user who violates these terms, with or without notice.
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts. For consumer disputes, you may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
